Selection and processing technology of sanitary grade pipe fittings
2023-05-13
The selection of sanitary grade pipe fittings requires experience accumulation and the principles of various mechanical processing. The commonly used castings are improved, and the types of profiles and welding are different, with some accuracy improvement. As a mechanical process, the selected valves and blanks are generally used, considering the following performance requirements changes.
In general, we will master the types of rough embryos and the manufacturing methods of materials, so that the selection of steel products and parts can be considered for performance requirements. High pressure valve parts made of stainless steel sanitary grade pipe fittings, after general selection and forging, welding will ensure good mechanical properties, and the warhead of humidity sensors will be improved according to different electric heating pipes.
The size of castings and the use of investment casting are provided for casting production. The structural size and external dimensions of sanitary grade pipe fittings generally affect the economic effect of selecting blanks. As a manufacturing condition, it should be determined based on the on-site equipment and process level. And considering the gradually advanced manufacturing method, it is also a form of external dimensions.
The processing process for sanitary grade pipe fittings is as follows:
1. Rolling method: Generally, there is no need for a mandrel, which is suitable for the inner circular edge of thick walled pipes.
2. Stamping method: Use a tapered core on a punch to expand the pipe end to the required size and shape.
3. The body pressure bulges the pipe into the desired shape, and most of the production of corrugated pipes uses this method.
4. Roller method: Place the core inside the tube and push the outer circumference with a roller for circular edge processing.
5. Forging method: Use a forging machine to punch and extend the end or part of a stainless steel pipe fitting to reduce the outer diameter. Commonly used forging machines include rotary, connecting rod, and roller types.
6. Bending forming method: There are three commonly used methods, one is called stretching method, the other is stamping method, and the third is roller method, which has 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, and one adjustment roller to adjust the fixed roller distance. The finished pipe fittings are bent.
